What the eight IPOs mean for the SME market

The combined size of these eight IPOs is ₹439.94 crore, which is close to the reported ₹440 crore total. Their businesses are very different, but they share one common goal: access to public capital for growth, expansion, debt needs, working capital or other corporate purposes.

The large difference in issue size is also clear. Acme India Industries seeks ₹121.69 crore, the highest among the group. SJP Ultrasonics has the smallest issue at ₹23.45 crore. Between them are Dove Soft at ₹73.26 crore, Paramount Syntex at ₹81.79 crore, Omara Ventures India at ₹41.99 crore, Eventions at ₹38.12 crore, TNA Solutions at ₹37.86 crore and Sollfege Smart Electronics at ₹21.78 crore.

Different businesses, different IPO plans

The eight issues show the wide range of companies that use India’s SME market to raise capital. TNA Solutions comes from home textiles, while Paramount Syntex is also linked to the textile sector. Omara represents designer jewellery, and Sollfege works with premium electronics.

Eventions operates in corporate events and MICE services. Acme India Industries has a larger industrial business and combines a fresh issue with an OFS. SJP Ultrasonics focuses on industrial automation and plastic joining solutions. Dove Soft operates in cloud communication and digital messaging services.

This mix makes the September 30 IPO list notable. Investors are not looking at eight similar companies. Each offer has a different business model, capital need and level of public-market exposure.

The next dates matter

The subscription period for these IPOs does not end on the same date. Omara Ventures India, Sollfege Smart Electronics, Eventions, SJP Ultrasonics and Dove Soft close on October 5. TNA Solutions, Acme India Industries and Paramount Syntex close on October 6.

The expected listing dates also fall on October 8 or October 9. Sollfege, Omara, Eventions, SJP Ultrasonics and Dove Soft have proposed October 8 listings, while TNA Solutions, Acme India Industries and Paramount Syntex have proposed October 9 listings.

The final dates and terms can change, so investors should use the latest exchange notices and offer documents before any application.

A packed day for India’s SME IPO market

September 30, 2026 marks a major day for India’s SME primary market. Eight companies seek a combined ₹439.94 crore, with issue sizes from ₹21.78 crore to ₹121.69 crore.

The offers also show how varied India’s smaller listed-company market has become. There are businesses from textiles, jewellery, electronics, events, industrial products, automation and cloud communication.

For investors, the key details are not only the price band or IPO size. The business model, use of funds, financial record, debt, valuation and future plans also matter. SME shares can have different market conditions from larger listed companies, so the final offer documents remain an important source of information.

As these eight IPOs move through their subscription periods, the next major data points will be the subscription levels, allotment results and share prices after listing. For now, September 30 stands out as a day when eight SME companies seek close to ₹440 crore from the Indian primary market.
